Can the custom hit reaction be increased from 6 to 12? Or make it so that it is infinite, I mean the creator of the fighting game decides how many reaction hits to use

Unfortunately, adding custom hits isn't that simple.
If you have source you can look at how custom hits are implemented and manually add more.
