Topic: New Characters penetrate floor

I have added a new character model using the robot kyle as a template. Everything animates fine, but when the character is knocked out, his body sits a few inches below the ground horizontally.

Is there an effective way to increase the collision bounds so that he will sit on top of the ground completely when he is knocked out?
