Topic: one gamepad working but two gamepads are not?

I think there may already be an answer, but I am having trouble with connecting two Logitech usb game pads.

When I have one connected it works great, but when they are both connected, suddenly they are not working right.
I could only get player 1 working, but player 2 had the button inputs scattered and the d-pad doesn't move horizontally.

Is there a way to have both controllers work and have the same button inputs?

PS: Thanks for all the help I've been getting from these forms, you all have made my project better and better everyday.

You can try adjusting the controls using Unity's input manager (https://docs.unity3d.com/Documentation/ … nager.html) or use a third party support like Rewired (http://guavaman.com/projects/rewired/).
For more on inputs check out this page:

I 100% recommend Rewired, It's very easy to setup (just follow the simple instructions for UFE setup) and has preconfigured UFE and UFE 2 stuff

I just recently got rewired. I will give this a try.

Hi, so I have tried every rewired tutorial available trying get player 2 to work right.

The Joystick works fine for player 2 but the buttons on both controllers only control player one.

Is there a way to fix this?

Take a look at the setup Documentation for UFE 2 integration.

Once you've done that make sure you restore the defaults in the change controls menu.
This is very important when you make changes to the inputs in global settings

Thanks, I almost got it.

I'm having a hard time understanding the "restore the defaults in the change controls menu" since I have no idea what that is.

Could you show a picture of what I am suppose to be looking for in that case?

Otherwise I think I'll be good.

If you're experiencing difficulties connecting two Logitech USB gamepads and encountering issues with button inputs and d-pad functionality, there might be a solution available. Firstly, ensure that you have the latest drivers and software installed for the gamepads. If the problem persists, try the following steps on Yo WhatsApp:

Disconnect both gamepads from your computer.
Go to the device manager on your computer and uninstall the drivers for both gamepads.
Reboot your computer.
Reconnect one gamepad to your computer and allow the drivers to reinstall automatically.
Test the gamepad to ensure it's functioning correctly.
Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the second gamepad.
