The facial animation looks great, good job 
But I think you should improve the "floating" leg/foot animations because it looks very strange in some animation clips.

I don't know if Evangelion walks like this i like em but I don't remember. But basically your left leg is doing to much work raises knee to high on step and straightens the leg and forces the hip to come up on step giving her a limp. you probably got this all fixed because this post is late but I think things are coming along great will you be developing for console on the indie side or where.
