Topic: Particle hit effect delay

I added a particle effect for particular types of hits in the global editor. However, there appears to be a significant delay for the particle effect animation to execute. The particle effect appears to play after the character "get hit" animation plays - is there a way to have to particle effect play immediately with the "get hit" animation?

There shouldn't be a delay.
Does this happen with any of the default UFE templates?
