Topic: How Basic Move Cancel Custom Move

Hello, the game I am making has a custom Move called 'Dash', but I would like to achieve a basic jump to cancel this dash
and retain the force of this move.
For example, double forward triggers a dash, during this state pressing the up button will cause the character to make a long jump forward, like KOF.
What should I do?

oh,I have found a solution. To use dash as basic move. Because basic moves can cancel each other, I can use this system to complete my ideas.
now my character can jump during dash.
