I don't know the best way to describe this. But as soon as I ran maprecorder with my character; her leg suddenly rotated, came out her butt and then bent through her belly. I have no idea why this happened.

I just re-did the animation and reapplied it to my character.

If anyone has this issue as well, this is how I was able to fix it. maybe it will work for you.
