So in chain moves you linked to a projectile move with limit multicasting? The linked move is ignoring the limit? Will look into it
Edit: Your settings must be wrong or your using a very specific projectile setup. I just tested it and I can't chain into the projectile move with limit multi casting on while another projectile is on screen. I'll need your settings for further testing.
Did you set the toggle to "this projectile only"

I did so, and I am able to see it. But I will try again
I found out that the issue was that I set the casting offset to behind the screen, therefore not being considered on screen.
Nevermind, I was mistaken. Even when I adjusted the offset the issue was not resolved
