How to use Ultra attack  then  go to an anim
maybe this ultra will punch puck kick  then if this kick have hit then go to Animation that has been set

You can use chain moves to make the attack auto chain into a move on hit in a certain frame window with cinematic options.

You can also use opponent override to control the reaction move if you need a certain reaction animation. There also might be another way to control the reaction but I can't think of it off the top of my head.

I'll make a post with screenshots and maybe even a gif to help you out later.
