Topic: will ufe3 ever be released to public at least the tag code.

I'm not even sure if tag would fit my game but would like to test it out. Will it only stuck behind a paywall to test out. I have no problems with it being that way, I just wanted to know for sure so I can move on forget abou it. thx in aadvance.
